We strongly recommend this hotel for its staff and views. Extra facilities such as coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator were really useful.

The bed was comfortable, the location - excellent and the staff - helpful. The restaurant was located within 700 feet. Pleasant stay, as always.

Worth its 4 stars. This hotel was great place for exploring Philadelphia, appreciated it. We were upgraded to a suite when we arrived. Besides, we parked the car onsite.
Noisy street, but can't fault the hotel.

The noise level was horrendous, the staff could not follow directions and the hotel is being renovated so it looks nothing like the pictures on-line.

All of your staff are great. From the maid who found my phone power cord to the desk clerk who got it to me, to the doorman who told me about the blocked street, and carried my bag three blocks so he could hail a cab.

City tour and shopping.
Beautiful old and grand architecture. Huge ceilings and great details. Some parts were getting "tired" but it is being renovated this fall.

Loved the beautiful restaurant at the top, and the Palm in the Lobby. Beds very comfortable,, room quiet. Room service very expensive with no frills: everything alacarte at breakfast! An $18 omelette didn't come with toast!! Beautiful hallways and public rooms. Connected to a small mall with a Tiffany, Ralph Lauren and William-Sonoma with a rather extensive food court in the basement which was very busy,

Elegant lobby and upscale shops Chandeleirs Friendly and informative staff Helpful staff that quieted down neighboring suite @ 11:30 pm Mini fridge in room Safe in room Soft bedding Complimentary water, ice and truffles Easy access to Septa train
No bathrobes Bathroom was adequate, but lacked updates Shower fixture in tub was too powerful and sprayed floor (slipping hazard) Late night party noise across hall came through vent shaft so clear and loud as if they were in the room with us Could not get a late check out for Saturday morning

My stay in the Hyatt at the Bellevue in principle was ok, but I would like to give you feed back about two things: 1. I booked a Deluxe King Room (room price US$ 319) which at the end was not available and therefore I was downgraded to a Standard Room, which in principle is OK but 2. travelling back to Europe I realized that my credit card was charged with US$ 319 for the room package (excluding tax costs and so on) Since I was downgraded I would have expected that the fee for the standard room is lower than US$319 (price for Deluxe King Room), as it was promised at the beginning by your staff. Therefore my rate above for the “Value for money” is poor and the rate for the “Staff” is poor as well since I would have expected that your staff would proactively act on to the fact that I didn’t get the room I booked.
